Meghan Markle branded ‘fake’ as TV host slams couple for not naming royal in race claim
Meghan Markle has been accused of being “unworthy” by an Australian journalist following her controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey that sent shockwaves across the world.
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has once again found herself subjected to a blistering attack after she dropped some bombshell claims about her royal in-laws.
During her tell-all interview, Meghan, 39, claimed that during her time as a senior working royal, she was made to hand over her passport, keys and driving license – which have since been disputed by royal experts.
She also went on to claim that she married Prince Harry, 36, days before their official wedding at St George’s Chapel, located at the Queen’s residence of Windsor Castle.
Now, broadcaster Alan Jones of Sky News Australia has hit out saying that Meghan is “fake”.

Speaking on Sky News Australia, Alan said “I am sure there were many people reaching for the chuck bucket over this Oprah Winfrey interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
“If these two had any public support left, which I doubt – it was all lost today.”
Alan, 79, went on to slam Meghan and Harry’s decision to not reveal the identity of the royal who allegedly made racist comments towards their then-unborn child.

“The Meghan Markle way you see, condemn everyone, name no one – the tactic of an unworthy person,” he exclaimed.
The former Australian rugby coach didn’t hold back as he went on to criticise the Duke of Sussex who he claims has been “captured” by Meghan’s lies.
He said: “Prince Harry would appear as long gone captured by the untruths spread by Ms Markle and the victimhood she professes to endure.”

When addressing their lavish wedding ceremony, Alan ranted: “That about sums it up doesn’t it, the wedding was a fake – the lady’s a fake.”
Following Meghan’s claim that she had no “training” in becoming a member of The Royal Family, Alan believes that one member of The Mountbatten-Windsor family could “sort her out”.
Known for her stern attitude to royal duties, he noted: “Princess Anne is the one who would sort out Meghan Markle in colourful language too I can tell you.
“Since her 18th birthday, Princess Anne has uncomplainingly carried out over 20,000 engagements.”
During her time as a working royal, Meghan was dubbed the “least hardworking”, while Princess Anne came out as the most hardworking.
In 2019, court circular documents state that Meghan carried out 25 official royal engagements, while sister in law, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, carried out 56.
Meghan came under fire following her interview with Oprah that was aired while Prince Harry’s grandfather, Prince Philip remained in hospital after undergoing a heart procedure.
The Duchess claimed that she had been left feeling suicidal after being shut off from the outside world and was refused access to mental health support after raising her concerns to staff within The Royal Household.
Just days after the dramatic interview aired, Buckingham Palace released a rare statement on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, reading: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.
“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
